    By using Prep4MedDent's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

    1. Services

    Prep4MedDent provides UCAT preparation tutoring and medical school interview coaching services. Our tutors are current UNSW medical students who provide guidance based on their personal experience. We do not guarantee admission to any medical program.

    2. Booking and Payment

    • All bookings must be confirmed with payment or deposit as specified
    • Workshop packages are billed weekly or as a lump sum as agreed
    • 1-on-1 sessions are charged at the agreed hourly rate
    • Payment is due before or at the time of each session unless otherwise arranged

    3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session may be rescheduled at no charge
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be subject to a cancellation fee
    • No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee
    • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice

    4. Refunds

    Refund requests for workshop packages will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be prorated based on services already delivered.

    5. Student Responsibilities

    • Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared
    • Complete assigned homework and practice materials
    • Communicate openly with tutors about progress and concerns
    • Treat tutors and staff with respect

    6. Intellectual Property

    All materials, strategies, and content provided by Prep4MedDent are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our proprietary materials without written permission.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Prep4MedDent provides tutoring services to help students prepare for the UCAT and medical interviews. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, scores, or admission results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.

    8. Privacy

    Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
